It has been confirmed that the perpetrator of the shooting at an elementary school in Texas, USA, left a notice on his Facebook page.
As gun accidents in the United States occur one after another, the voice of gun control is growing, but the prevailing view is that it will be difficult to pass the bill.

] A shooting at Yuvaldi Elementary School in Texas took the lives of 21 people, including 19 children.
The shooter, 18-year-old Salvador Ramos, was revealed to have relayed comments on his social media herald of his crimes.
Ramos was the first to shoot his grandmother in the face, then left her home and shot her grandmother, leaving a notice on Facebook that he was heading to school.

Ramos' grandfather said he never thought his grandson would do something like this.

It was investigated that Ramos legally purchased two assault rifles and about 400 bullets from a firearms shop as soon as he reached his 18th birthday, the age at which he could purchase a gun.
