“The Secretary General of the UN Conference on Trade and Development, Rebeca Greenspan, is going to visit Moscow to discuss the problem of Russian fertilizer exports,” Strzhizhovsky said, TASS quoted him as saying.

He also said that UN Deputy Secretary General Martin Griffiths is scheduled to visit Moscow in June to discuss the entire range of issues of humanitarian assistance in Ukraine.

Earlier, UN Secretary General António Guterres called for full access to world markets for Russian food and fertilizers.

He also said that the UN is working on an agreement to remove restrictions on the export of products from Russia and Ukraine.

Oleg Ozerov, Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry, said that a number of African countries have asked Russia for help with the supply of fertilizers and food.
