The head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said this during a press conference in Switzerland.
His statement leads RIA Novosti.
“We do not have any preconditions for resuming diplomatic talks with Russia,” he said.
Earlier, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko said that Russia is ready to return to negotiations with Ukraine as soon as Kyiv shows a constructive approach.
