The internal investigation, led by senior official Sue Gray, was launched following reports that several rallies had been held on Downing Street, where Britain's Prime Minister Boris Johnson lives and works.
Now Sue Grey's full report of the rallies has been handed over to Boris Johnson, the same week that new photos of a toasting prime minister were leaked to the press.
"We can confirm that Sue Gray has given her final report to the Prime Minister," a spokesman for Johnson's office told the BBC.

Sue Gray has investigated a total of 16 meetings that the Prime Minister and his staff attended in late 2020 and early 2021. The report is expected to provide further details about the meetings and the names of the people who then violated the current covid rules, writes BBC.
