How to choose the right size hiking or trekking backpack?
For the most pleasant hike possible, it is essential to choose your backpack carefully.
This equipment will be absolutely essential to carry drinks, food, or even something to cover yourself with if you go up to altitude.
Among the elements to choose from, there is of course the size of your trekking bag.
The latter will depend on several factors, including your gender, there are mixed bags but some are intended for men and others for women, or your weight.
