The 31-year-old is sentenced for aggravated rape of a child on two occasions, aggravated child pornography, exploitation of children for sexual posing on three occasions and animal cruelty to seven years in prison.
The rapes took place in January 2022 when the 31-year-old and his partner were babysitting a seven-year-old girl.
The seven-year-old has in interrogation told how the 31-year-old raped her at night when she went to bed.
Found pictures in the phone
In connection with the investigation, the police also found child pornography in the man's telephone, and there were also pictures of children that he himself had taken.
The phone also contained images showing the man sexually abusing his dog.
The 31-year-old has in interrogation maintained that the pictures were in the phone, but denied crime on all counts.
