Mohamed bin Zayed directs allocating 6 million dirhams to purchase books and references from the 31st Abu Dhabi Book Fair

 His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, has directed the allocation of six million dirhams as a grant to purchase a valuable and integrated set of titles, references and educational materials included in the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair 2022, which was launched in its 31st session yesterday, to be distributed to the libraries of state schools. In support of the publishing and education sectors, and enrichment of the references they contain, and in a manner that enhances the means of acquiring knowledge and knowledge for all students at various stages.

Ali bin Tamim, President of the Abu Dhabi Center for the Arabic Language, said, "The grant of His Highness the President of the State to the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair embodies a new stage and era in the process of giving and supporting the cultural and educational sectors by His Highness. And its development comes to complete a long journey started by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan in support of the publishing and knowledge sector, and in order to keep the book in its original space and its most important position in the process of community and civilized construction in the country.

Dr. Ali bin Tamim added, "We appreciate this great support from the leader of our march, as it represents an exceptional tributary and pillar to continue providing works and keeping the local and Arab publishing market within the competition. This grant will also play an active role in enhancing the country's knowledge and cultural march and provide for all students a wide and diverse group. From the sources of knowledge and the rich titles included in the exhibition, in a way that stimulates their creative imagination, and contributes to the consolidation of the connection of new generations to the book and its capabilities.
