“Russian, along with Ukrainian, will become the state language in the Kherson region,” RIA Novosti quotes Stremousov.
According to him, Russian will be the main language for office work, communication and all issues of national importance.
He noted that education in schools and universities will be conducted in Russian.
Earlier, Stremousov said that the Kherson region would not change course towards integration into Russia.
