Le Dauphiné Libéré

, the investigation ruled out the involvement of a third party in the death.

Four people were taken into custody.

Their account would have made it possible to retrace the evening after which their friend died.

Alcohol and nitrous oxide consumption

According to them, they would have spent the evening in a nightclub in Nîmes.

The victim would then have been aggressive because of his consumption of alcohol and nitrous oxide.

On the way back, he would have liked to take this last product again.

He would then have fallen unconscious, with blue lips.

According to the autopsy, the young man would have succumbed to a cardiorespiratory failure of toxic origin.

The dermabrasions would have been caused by a fall from a scooter in the early evening.

According to our colleagues, no criminal prosecution should be initiated, except rebound.
