On average, according to the survey, Russians are willing to sacrifice vacation for a salary of 167,000 rubles.
“Men traditionally have higher salary expectations and differ by 22% - 186 thousand against an average of 153 thousand rubles per month, which was noted by the female audience,” the study says.
More than 5,000 respondents from all regions of the country took part in the survey.
Earlier, SuperJob analysts found that Russians need an average of 190,000 rubles a month to be happy.
