Hematomas and head trauma

The respondent had drawn the attention of the gendarmerie by calling the soldiers to report the disappearance of his girlfriend.

She had in fact wanted to escape the blows of her drunken spouse and had taken refuge with her family.

She suffered from head trauma, scratches and bruises.

The young man was also served with an obligation of care and a ban on coming into contact with the victim.

At the hearing, he admitted regular consumption of alcohol and drugs.

He said he regretted the violence and wanted to change out of love for his girlfriend.

She did not come to court.
