“In Lisichansk, Luhansk People’s Republic, in the building and hangars of the rare gases plant, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine placed cannon artillery and MLRS, mined containers with chemically hazardous substances,” he said during a briefing.
Mizintsev added that the Ukrainian military forcibly kept employees and local residents in the underground facilities of the plant.
Also, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that Ukrainian troops had equipped firing positions in schools in Odessa and deployed heavy military equipment on the adjacent territory.
