At the meeting, Kong Fanwei said that the Civil Aviation Administration has always adhered to the general strategy of "foreign defense against imports and internal defense against rebound", unswervingly adhered to the general policy of "dynamic clearing", and resolutely built a solid civil aviation barrier for epidemic prevention and control.
Combining with the needs of the recent epidemic prevention and control situation, the Civil Aviation Administration has mainly carried out the following work:

In accordance with the technical guidelines for civil aviation epidemic prevention and control and the requirements of the National Airport Epidemic Prevention and Control Work Plan, all civil aviation units further scientifically and rationally delineate the scope of closed-loop management, tighten closed-loop management measures, and ensure that international and domestic aircraft, crew, passengers, security personnel, Facilities, equipment and passages are "six completely separated", areas do not overlap, and moving lines do not cross, ensuring physical isolation, complete closure, independent operation, and guarding the entrance of external defense.
The second is to continuously optimize the emergency management chain.
Organize and implement professional training on emergency prevention and control, refine emergency response measures in different scenarios, and conduct comprehensive emergency response drills; according to the overall arrangement of the local government, guide the airport to establish a sound nucleic acid detection mechanism, effectively improve the detection and early warning capabilities of the airport area, and strictly prevent the epidemic Spread by air.
