Biden included Colombia among the main US allies outside NATO

"By the authority vested in me as President by the constitution and laws of the United States... I hereby designate Colombia as one of the principal non-NATO allies of the United States," Biden's memo on the White House website reads.

Earlier, Colombia signed an agreement with NASA on the accession of the republic to the US Artemis lunar program.
