According to the document, Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev has been appointed chairman of the state commission.

It is noted that Pashinyan appointed Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan as head of the commission on delimitation and security of borders with Azerbaijan.
