The accident occurred Saturday, at 4:30 am, on the access ramp to the M7 motorway, in Confluence (Lyon 7).
Both victims were hit by a fleeing car.
The fugitives surrendered during the day
In the afternoon, the driver of the fleeing vehicle and his passengers surrendered to the police.
The two victims were rushed to the Edouard-Herriot hospital.
Their vital prognosis is still engaged.
They were not wearing helmets and were traveling on a road prohibited for scooters.
The circumstances of the accident remain to be determined.
