“Each of these countries has a significant military potential and is determined to change the current rules-based order,” TASS quoted him as saying.

According to the American military commander, the world is becoming more and more unstable.

“The world... has the potential for serious international conflict between the great powers.

This potential is growing, not decreasing,” Milli said.
