A total of six people, one of them with a serious prognosis, have been injured when they were run over by a horse-drawn carriage in the vicinity of the fairgrounds in the Sevillian municipality of
Dos Hermanas
, as reported by the
Andalusian
Emergency Service 112 .
The event occurred at 7:20 p.m. on
Avenida de España,
when a horse-drawn carriage ran over two groups of people.
As a result of the incident, a man had to be evacuated to
the Virgen del Rocío hospital
with polytrauma, while a minor and the driver of the vehicle himself were treated at the
Virgen de Valme de Dos Hermanas hospital
, according to local police sources.
Three other people have been treated instead of the events with minor injuries and anxiety without the need for hospital transfer by the emergency services of
the Andalusian Health Service
.
Members of the National Police Corps and the Red Cross
have also participated in the accident
