(Fighting against New Coronary Pneumonia) Shanghai strengthens community epidemic prevention and control and accelerates the creation of "epidemic-free communities"

China News Agency, Shanghai, May 22 (Reporter Chen Jing) At the press conference on the prevention and control of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic in Shanghai held on the 22nd, Zhao Dandan, deputy director of the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, said that Shanghai will further make further efforts in two phases. Good community epidemic prevention and control work.

The first stage: From now to May 31, the number of new positive infections in a single day has been further reduced, and the scope of the closure and control areas and control areas has been continuously narrowed; the second stage: The city will implement the division of epidemic risk areas. If there is no closure and control in the area area and control area, the area can be regarded as a low-risk area, and the prevention area is lifted.

Zhao Dandan introduced that in the first stage, if there are no new positive infections for 7 consecutive days, the closed control area will be adjusted to the control area, and there will be no new positive infections for the following 3 consecutive days. time to recalculate.

If there are no new positive infections for 7 consecutive days, the control area will be adjusted to the prevention area; if there are positive infections, the control area will be adjusted to the closed area.

If there is no new positive infection in the prevention area, no adjustment will be made; if there is a positive infection, the scope of the medium and high risk areas of the epidemic shall be delineated according to the relevant national standards, comprehensively the number of positive infections, regional distribution, and epidemic risk.

In terms of control measures for the "three areas", during the closed management period of the closed area, "area closed, stay at home, and door-to-door service" is implemented.

The control area implements "people do not leave the community (unit), gathering is strictly prohibited"; the prevention area implements "strengthen social control and strictly limit the scale of people gathering".

In the second stage, in principle, residential areas, natural villages, and units should be used as the minimum delineation scope for medium and high-risk areas of the epidemic, which can be appropriately expanded to adjacent risk areas.

A total of 10 or more positive infections have been reported in the area within 14 days, or 2 or more clustered outbreaks have occurred, and the area is designated as a high-risk area; no more than 10 positive infections have been reported in the area within 14 days, or 1 clustered outbreak, the area is designated as a medium-risk area.

In the medium and high-risk area, no positive infection has been reported within 14 days, and the area has turned into a low-risk area.

After being designated as a medium and high-risk area for the epidemic, a 14-day closed management will be implemented, and personnel will stay at home and provide door-to-door services; nucleic acid testing will be carried out once a day.

After the last positive infection is reported in the area, if there is no new positive infection for 14 consecutive days, the area will be reduced to a low-risk area of the epidemic.

Shanghai is accelerating the creation of "epidemic-free communities", and various districts have successively released lists of "epidemic-free communities".

Information from the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau shows that up to now, nearly 15,000 "epidemic-free communities (village groups)" have been created in 16 districts in Shanghai.

Since the current round of the epidemic, Shanghai Jiading District has actively promoted the establishment of "epidemic-free communities". Currently, 2,760 "epidemic-free communities" have been created, covering 1.624 million people, accounting for 86.3% of the region's actual population.

Wang Hao, deputy head of Jiading District, introduced that Jiading Town Street and Xincheng Road Street have achieved full coverage of "epidemic-free communities", and residents can travel freely within the jurisdiction.

It is planned that by early June, all communities in the district will be created as "epidemic-free communities" to achieve the goal of "epidemic-free urban areas".

On the 21st, Shanghai added 52 local confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia and 570 local asymptomatic infections; 3 new local deaths, with an average age of 81.3 years old.
