This is reported by TASS with reference to the text of the decree.
“Introduce subparagraph 1.3 of paragraph 1 of the Decree of the Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic dated March 26, 2022 No. 104 “On the temporary procedure for using cash Ukrainian hryvnia on the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic” by replacing the words “2.5 Russian rubles” with the words “2, 0 Russian rubles,” the document says.
It is specified that the decree comes into force on May 23.
Earlier, in the Luhansk People's Republic, the exchange rate of the Ukrainian hryvnia was changed to the Russian ruble.
From May 23, the rate of two rubles for one hryvnia will be applied.
