People's Power Candidate Kim Eun-hye, the electoral committee, filed a complaint with the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office against the Democratic Party lawmakers Lee Su-jin, Baek Hye-ryun, and Kim Seung-won, alleging false information and defamation.



An official from the election committee said, "Even though there was no fact that Candidate Kim made an improper solicitation in the recruitment of new employees at KT's executive management facility, the three lawmakers announced false solicitations through Facebook comments and press conferences. defamed his reputation."



Against this, the Gyeonggi Party of the Democratic Party of Korea also plans to file a complaint with the Seongnam Branch of the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office on charges of publicizing false information about candidate Kim.



A Gyeonggi Party official said, "The KBS report made it clear that candidate Kim had unfairly solicited her husband's relatives for employment. did," he said.



Previously, with regard to Candidate Kim, suspicions were raised that he solicited an acquaintance's job in 2012 when he was serving as KT's managing director.
