Chinanews.com, May 20. According to Hong Kong's Sing Tao.com report, the online declaration platform for non-local vaccination records in Hong Kong has been restarted today (20th), providing declaration channels other than port control points and designated post offices.

The SAR government stated that since September last year, considering that immigrants, especially non-Hong Kong residents, have non-local vaccination records, it has arranged for relevant persons to declare non-local vaccination records online at the control points and designated post offices, so that they can use Electronically carry and display non-local vaccination records.

In response to the latest "Vaccine Pass" arrangement, the SAR government has updated the online declaration platform and made corresponding revisions.

Starting today, the following eligible persons can declare their non-local vaccination records through the re-launched online declaration platform, and do not need to go to designated post offices to declare.

Those who can use the online reporting platform:

Those who only hold non-local vaccination records but do not need to declare any non-local recovery records, and those who hold both non-local and local vaccination records but do not need to declare non-local recovery records, can make declarations through the online reporting platform.

Those who are no longer required to report:

Those who have declared non-local vaccination records and non-local recovery records at the control points or designated post offices since September last year are no longer required to do so.

If such persons are issued with a vaccination record QR code, they can directly use the "Vaccine Pass"; if they subsequently receive additional vaccinations locally or become infected locally and recover, they can directly use the Electronic Vaccination and Testing Record System or eHealth app, re-download the vaccination record QR code.

Persons who are required to declare through designated post offices:

If the non-local recovery record has never been declared at the control point but the declaration is required to meet the corresponding vaccination requirements of the "Vaccine Pass", or the local recovered person has never been vaccinated locally and only holds the undeclared non-local vaccination record, then It must be declared at the designated post office.

In order to ensure sufficient time to declare, the "Vaccine Pass" makes transitional arrangements.

On or before August 31 this year, people who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 outside Hong Kong can directly present their non-local vaccination records and fill in the specified form to enter the specified premises of the "Vaccination Pass" without scanning the QR code of the vaccination record .

The SAR Government reminds the managers of relevant premises to pay attention to the above transitional arrangements.
