Egypt.. Seizure of the funds of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rasd Network

The investigation authorities in Egypt issued a decision to seize the funds of Amr Abdel Moneim Faraj Farag, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Rasd Media Network, one of the media arms of the terrorist Brotherhood, and prevent him from disposing of them, in line with the decision issued to include him on the terrorist lists.

Several sources confirmed to local media that Amr Abdel Moneim Farraj was prevented from disposing of his personal funds, real estate, movable and liquid properties, shares and bonds registered on the Egyptian Stock Exchange, and all Egyptian accounts, deposits, safes, bonds and treasury bills of his, whether by sale, assignment, mortgage or arrangement of any Personal or real rights thereto.

The sources indicated that more than one decision was issued to seize the funds of leaders of the terrorist Brotherhood, as the decisions included 29 of the group's leaders, including Brotherhood media professionals Hamza Zobaa and Imad Al-Behairy.

The sources indicated that the reservation decisions were issued as among the effects of the inclusion decision on the lists of terrorist entities and terrorists.
