• Protocol The Council of Oltra failed to comply with its own protocol in the case of the abuse of her ex-husband

  • Complaint The PP will contribute to the cause the protocol that was breached by not denouncing the abuses of the ex-husband

Mónica Oltra

has taken the first legal step before the Civil and Criminal Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community, which will have to decide on the request for her imputation for the management of a case of

sexual abuse

of a minor under guardianship for which Her ex-husband was sentenced.

The vice president has requested her appearance in the case by means of a letter signed on May 4 before the Chamber rules.

Oltra has hired two criminal lawyers,

Daniel Sala

and

Miguel Ferrer

, to direct her defense in a case that could have a great impact on her political life.

The objective is to have access to all the instruction that has been followed since last February in court number 15 of Valencia by magistrate

Vicente Ríos

with a double objective.

On the one hand, to prepare the arguments that will be sent to the High Court when the parties are granted the appropriate hearing procedure, and on the other, to study the possibility of sending the court a brief responding to the arguments made by the instructor in the reasoned statement in the requesting the investigation of the vice president.

Oltra joins the cause, as the Popular Party could do in the coming days, as announced by its general secretary and trustee in the Cortes,

María José Catalá

.
