105 of the Criminal Code of Russia (murder; attempted murder of two or more persons, committed by a group of persons in a generally dangerous way), on the facts of shelling of the territory of the Belgorod and Kursk regions from the side of Ukraine, ”the message says.
The investigation established that on May 17, the Ukrainian military shelled the urban-type settlement of Tetkino and the village of Popovo-Lezhachi in the Glushkovsky district of the Kursk region.
On the same day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, using a volley fire system, shelled the village of Bezymeno, Graivoronsky district, Belgorod region.
Also on May 18-19, the Armed Forces of Ukraine shelled civilian infrastructure facilities in the settlements of Alekseevka and Tyotkino in the Kursk Region, as well as in the village of Solokhi in the Belgorod Region.
Earlier, the head of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported damage to houses during shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
