It looks like a small tank when it pulls through blackberry bushes and rose bushes on the cross track just south of the brickyard in Bergsbrunna.

But it is actually a drilling rig that field geologists Claire Ellinger and Odd Andrén operate with the usual hand.

About twenty samples are taken per day at different depths to examine soil conditions and groundwater.

- What you do not want to encounter is pollution, because then we have to clean up the ground, says Anders Johansson, acting project manager.

He is positive about working with part of the Uppsala package, which in addition to more railway tracks, expanded rail traffic in Uppsala includes a large expansion of the southeastern districts.

An expansion that has been and is questioned by many residents in the area.
