The Emirati Cadres Competitiveness Council confirmed that the "Career Guidance" program, which is one of the initiatives of the Nafes platform, provides career guidance and advice services to support the identification of skills, opportunities and career paths, pointing out that Emirati nationals looking for work have the right to apply for "free" job advice. On its official website, the council explained that the "career guidance" program aims to provide career guidance to enhance skills-based career opportunities and support Emirati citizens in the private sector, noting that the program allows for individual sessions with human resources experts to obtain advice and guidance in research.
