The Emirati Cadres Competitiveness Council confirmed that the "Career Guidance" program, which is one of the initiatives of the Nafes platform, provides career guidance and advice services to support the identification of skills, opportunities and career paths, pointing out that Emirati nationals looking for work have the right to apply for "free" job advice. On its official website, the council explained that the "career guidance" program aims to provide career guidance to enhance skills-based career opportunities and support Emirati citizens in the private sector, noting that the program allows for individual sessions with human resources experts to obtain advice and guidance in research. The council called on young Emirati cadres interested in obtaining “career guidance” services to register through the “Nafis” platform, then go to the “Mazaya” page on the website, and then go to “My Career” to see if the person is eligible to join the program.
He stressed that he had made many partnerships with the federal and local authorities concerned with the program, with the aim of supporting “Nafis” and implementing the training programs included in the initiatives, most notably the UAE University, the Abu Dhabi Global Market Academy and the Center for Excellence for Applied Research and Training “SIRT”, which is the commercial, research and training arm of the Colleges of Technology.
