• Trial Amber Heard claims to have suffered "physical violence and assault" since her first date with Johnny Depp

Whitney Henriquez

, sister of actress

Amber Heard

, has stated that she witnessed

Johnny Depp punch

Heard

repeatedly in the face

during an argument in her then-partner's penthouse apartment in March 2015.

Henríquez

thus corroborated her sister's version before the Fairfax court (Virginia, USA), in which the defamation lawsuit that

Depp

filed against

Heard

is being settled .

According to

Henríquez

's account , the actor had a fight with

Heard

that day , they both shouted at each other and, in addition to beating her ex-partner, she also attacked her.

"Don't hit my fucking sister"

.

This is how Heard

defended

Henríquez

, according to

the latter, who added that the security guard had to separate them while

Depp

called them "damn whores".

Depp

had previously spoken during this litigation about the "ladder incident", as those who have followed the case already know.

In his version, he avoided talking about whether he hit the sisters and claimed that

he was the "real victim"

of an attack that left his face bruised.

Subsequently, Travis McGivern, the security guard, gave testimony that matched

Depp

's account of events .

For her part,

Heard

has already testified in this trial that she hit

Depp

that day to protect her sister, but that he grabbed her by the back of the head and hit her face repeatedly.

This episode was also analyzed in the previous defamation lawsuit that the former couple already had in the United Kingdom during the year 2020.

Henriquez

then

testified to the same thing and the judge ended up ruling that

Depp

, on that occasion as well as many others, assaulted

Heard

.

On April 11, this second legal battle between

Depp

and

Heard

began , for which the actor accuses her of defamation and demands compensation of 50 million dollars due to an article she published in

The Washington Post

in 2018, after of his divorce, in which he claimed to have suffered "domestic abuse".
