“Together with the UN, we are working to ensure the safe passage of Ukrainian grain ships,” TASS quoted Cavusoglu as saying at a US-sponsored ministerial conference on food security.
He noted that work is underway to form a contact group that will deal with these humanitarian issues.
Earlier it was reported that the Canadian government is ready to help organize the export of grain from Ukrainian ports.
