The latter, who has always denied knowing the murderous intentions of his childhood friend, was released last August after serving his sentence, before being placed in a detention center for the first time.

But his lawyers having lodged an appeal against the deportation procedure, he had been placed under house arrest.

An assignment that he had transgressed on November 16 by going to the Izards district, in Toulouse, to visit relatives.

Six days later, he was sentenced to three months in prison by the criminal court and locked up in the Seysses remand center.
