The accounting offenses must have taken place during the years 2016-2018.
Regarding the serious accounting offense, the following is stated in the lawsuit:
"The crime should be assessed as serious because it concerns very significant amounts, e.g.
payments into a bank account of SEK 4.3 million and the sale of assets for millions ”.
Demands for a ban on nutrition
The man is also charged with two more cases of bookkeeping offenses but which are not considered serious.
The prosecutor also demands that the district court notify the man of a business ban for three years.
It is not clear if he denies or admits the crime, only that he is heard.
