“This year, for the first time, a program of short school cultural and educational trips is being launched, and already this year 100,000 schoolchildren from 18 regions who want to participate in the project will go on trips on interesting excursion programs with the opportunity to get acquainted with the history and culture of their native land and neighboring region,” said the head of the Federal Tourism Agency Zarina Doguzova at the “Government Hour” in the State Duma.
It is noted that 500 million rubles will be allocated for the program this year, and 1.5 billion rubles each in subsequent years.
