North Korea did not respond to a proposal for working-level contact for cooperation in the prevention of the corona virus on the morning of the 18th.

The Ministry of Unification said the two Koreas had normally held a business start call between their liaison offices at 9 am today, but North Korea did not comment on the notice to North Korea.

After the government attempted to send a notice to North Korea two days ago containing a proposal for a working-level contact for quarantine cooperation, the government reconsidered whether to receive it, but the North has not received it.

The government said it would wait for the North's response while taking time, and if that didn't work, it was also planning to consider indirect support through international organizations.
