It was on Thursday last week that Daniel Kindberg, former CEO of Östersundshem, reported Chief Prosecutor Martin Bresman to the National Unit against Corruption to the police.

According to the report, Martin Bresman has "deliberately overlooked the absolute duty of prosecution that prosecutors have in their service".

- Of course that is not true, Martin Bresman told TT in connection with the incident.

Kindberg charged with bribery

The report was sent during the ongoing trial in Östersund District Court, where Daniel Kindberg is charged with aggravated bribery, aiding and abetting a serious bookkeeping offense or aiding and abetting complication of tax control (aggravated crime).

The prosecutor at the Special Prosecutor's Office, Per Nichols, is now announcing that, according to him, there is no reason to initiate a preliminary investigation based on Daniel Kindberg's report, something that Östersunds-Posten also reported on.
