In step with climate change, the need to hire more electricians is increasing.

But at the same time, few people apply for the electrician profession.

According to Johan Tell, CEO of an electrical installation company in Köping, they have so far not been affected so much by the lack of electricians.

The electricity company recruits, among other things, some apprentices from the upper secondary school every year.

- We do not notice the shortage, as we can make competent recruitments regularly, says Johan Tell.
