“The air forces of Belgium, Great Britain, Spain, Lithuania, Poland, the United States, France and the Czech Republic, as well as aircraft and helicopters of Estonia, are participating in the exercises,” the official statement says.

It is noted that within the framework of the exercises, from May 16 to June 5, aviation will perform training flights and low-altitude flights over Estonia. 

The landing ship USS Kearsarge will also take part in the exercises for the first time.

Earlier it became known that about 15 thousand military personnel of the country and allies and partners from NATO countries will take part in the Siil-2022 exercises in Estonia.
