These small two-dimensional code advertisements are like "psoriasis", which are constantly flowing with the express box.

　　The Anhui Provincial Consumer Protection Committee analyzed 1,111 express delivery samples and found that 674 samples contained QR code small advertisements, accounting for 60.67%.

Among them, the advertisement that appeared the most was a platform's "Receive cash every day and make money in seconds", accounting for 39.32%.

Ms. Gao said that she invited nearly 20 friends. After the assistance, the cash was still not withdrawn, and none of the other participants finally cashed out.

　　"Don't scan, that's a lie." During the interview, dispatchers from several express delivery companies warned that the QR code on the express box might be a false advertisement.

But they said the advertisements on the courier boxes were not posted by them, but "were there when they were delivered to the outlet".

　　The reporter then contacted a merchant on an e-commerce platform, took and uploaded a picture of the small QR code advertisement on the express box sent by the store.

The customer service replied: The express orders are all printed by the printing system provided by the contracting party. Although the small QR code advertisement appears on their express box, it is not posted by them. It is likely that the third-party printing software has advertisement implantation templates. .

　　An industry insider responsible for advertising express delivery orders said that they have cooperated with e-commerce platforms and express delivery companies, and merchants can directly print express delivery orders with additional advertisements through the system.

　　Many consumers complained that they negotiated with the courier company after being deceived.

If consumers cause damage due to false advertising, they can file a civil lawsuit against the advertiser to claim damages, or they can ask the express company that publishes the advertisement to bear joint and several liability for compensation.

All parties in the express box advertising industry chain, including advertisers, e-commerce platforms, express delivery companies, etc., should strictly abide by the requirements of the Advertising Law, the Consumer Rights Protection Law and other laws and regulations, establish an advertising content review mechanism, and strengthen the review of advertising content.
