On September 11, 2021, a 28-year-old man was shot dead with several shots in Växjö.
After an extensive investigation, the trial is now ongoing, which has been moved to Sollentuna for security reasons.
Several witnesses have therefore been questioned via video link from Växjö.
SVT's reporter on site says that both the suspects, 18 and 19 years old, have sat with their backs to the audience and did not react significantly to what was said in the courtroom on Tuesday.
Defense lawyer for the accused 18-year-old is Rickard Sjöström:
What does your client say about the accusations?
- He denies them, he has not been present at the time of the crime, Rickard Sjöström says to SVT.
There are several who pointed him out, what does he say about that?
- We do not share the opinion that there are several who point him out.
We believe that this is a mistake, says the lawyer.
He also says that the 18-year-old is not feeling well due to the serious accusations.
