According to the police, the crime must have taken place indoors and the man must have been injured with a stab wound.
The man who was arrested, also in his 20s, is suspected of attempted murder or manslaughter.
The exposed man first went to hospital with serious injuries.

The police will carry out investigative work such as a technical investigation and questioning of witnesses.
