The restriction for travel to Georgia, as well as to the DPR and LPR through road, rail, pedestrian, river and mixed checkpoints across the state border of the Russian Federation has been lifted.

Earlier, the head of the government of the republic, Garibashvili, said that Georgia would not join the economic sanctions against Russia, since Tbilisi proceeds from the interests of the country and the people.
