Russia: Negotiations with Ukraine completely stopped
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko said on Tuesday that Russia and Ukraine were not holding talks "in any form," the Interfax news agency reported.
"There are no negotiations," the agency quoted him as saying.
Ukraine has practically withdrawn from the negotiation process.
