“We have imposed sanctions against Russia, but the prices of raw materials and payments for electricity, for gas, for water have increased in Italy,” he said.

According to Grachis, "this is not diplomacy - this is a certain kind of economic warfare" that does not suit Italy.

He added that since the sanctions began, the cost of living in Italy has risen.

“This is especially true for a number of industries where it becomes simply unbearable, because some types of raw materials are now very expensive,” he explained.

Earlier, Bundestag deputy from the Alternative for Germany party, Jan Nolte, in an interview with Izvestia, said that anti-Russian sanctions actually hit not Russia, but poor people in Germany.
