It was on two occasions in 2021 that the couple spread false information about a woman.
The couple made reports of unrest where the woman was singled out for various criminal acts against children.
Among other things, the couple claimed that the woman's children were forced to be out in severe cold, that a child was sexually exploited and that there was home-burned alcohol in the woman's home.
The prosecutor believes that the couple spread the information with the intention of harming the woman.
The two defendants deny any wrongdoing.
