The parent was arrested by local police officers of the municipality, who were the first to arrive at the scene.

The events occurred at noon last Sunday in the town of Malaga.
The Local Police arrested a 46-year-old man for
alleged mistreatment
of his 36-year-old romantic partner, sources from the National Police, who are investigating the case, have specified.
As the sources have indicated, while the man allegedly assaulted his sentimental partner,
a minor
climbed down from the balcony from a second floor to allegedly flee due to the
fear
that the situation instilled in her.
The minor was referred to a health center for a fracture.
The case is being investigated by agents of the Family and Women's Care Unit (UFAM) of the Torremolinos
National Police
Station and court number 3 of the town is in charge.
