In the case of "Wang v. A District Market Supervision Administration of Tianjin Municipality on the Procuratorial Supervision of Company Registration", the prosecutor organized a public hearing involving Wang and a district market supervision administration to resolve Wang's identity fraud. At the suggestion of the prosecutor, the market supervision and administration bureau in the district revoked the registration and filing of the company involved in accordance with the law, and the state tax department of Wang's territory also revoked its decision to put Wang on the "blacklist".
In the case of "Yang Mouhua v. A County Civil Affairs Bureau of Linyi City, Shandong Province, the Procuratorial Supervision of Revocation of Marriage Registration", the civil affairs department adopted the procuratorial suggestion and announced the marriage registration certificate obtained by Guo, who fraudulently used Yang Mouhua's name and household registration information.
