The staff consists of six employed nurses, the operations manager and an assistant operations manager, who all speak sign language.
- The big challenge is that we want to stand for a sign language environment, it also means that we as staff and I as operations manager are fully sign language, says Jessica Forselius, operations manager at Attendo.
