He said this during the summit of the heads of state - members of the CSTO in Moscow.

“Let our foreign ministers think about how we should respond politically to a new wave of NATO expansion, taking into account the voiced intentions of well-known states,” Lukashenka said.

In his opinion, the CSTO member countries "should work out the organization's position on this issue in advance and bring their interests to the attention of the world community."

He added that countries should be united on this issue, "not only Russia should express concern and fight alone at the moment with an attempt to expand NATO."

Earlier, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg called on the countries of the alliance to continue to increase the supply of military assistance to Ukraine in order to help Kyiv "achieve victory on the battlefield."
