The ambulance was a quarter of an hour away from the alarm about Leffe's cardiac arrest that Saturday in November last year.

But Nora lawn tennis club had only a few months earlier bought the defibrillator that hangs on the wall in the hall.

- I am incredibly grateful, I doubt that it would have gone without the defibrillator, says Leffe Pettersson.

easy to use

The doctor Niklas Sjölander was part of the gang that played.

He reacted reflexively and started cardiopulmonary resuscitation until the defibrillator was in place at Leffe.

- The defibrillator is easy to use and tells you how to do it.

It is fantastic to be part of the success, he says.

Defibrillator implanted

Leffe still does not know what caused his cardiac arrest.

Two weeks later, he had an ICD, a kind of pacemaker with a pacemaker function, implanted.

- It feels safe.

If it happens again, I have a better chance of doing it myself.

In the clip, you hear Leffe and Niklas tell.
