The data shows that 80.0% of the parents surveyed said that their children have recently experienced home learning.

Only taking online classes, low learning efficiency (64.0%), and over-reliance on electronic devices, which affect the mind and body (60.2%), are the main reasons why the interviewed parents feel that it is easy to affect their children's home status.

Others include: disrupted life rhythm and living habits (57.5%), lack of offline communication and interaction with peers (51.5%), lack of supervision, and poor self-discipline (46.3%).

Zhu Yue feels that it is very necessary to create a good environment for the children while they are at home.

She told me the other day that the teacher told an interesting story in class, and the classmates were amused, and someone took a screenshot of everyone laughing. , such a scene may not be recorded."

Changes in interpersonal relationships and excessive use of electronic devices will make teenagers feel a certain amount of discomfort, and parents need to help their children adjust.

73.2% of the parents surveyed believe that they should pay attention to their children's emotions and guide them in a timely manner

"When answering questions now, we must not only solve the confusion of children's knowledge, but also care about their home study and life." Zhao Yi (pseudonym), the head teacher of a junior high school in Beijing, feels that online teaching is not like taking classes in a classroom, it is very important It is difficult to perceive the state of the students acutely.

At the same time, the relationship between students and their parents during their stay at home will also affect their study life. "I have learned that some parents pay too much attention to the status of their children's online classes, keep an eye on them, make their children feel uncomfortable, or ignore them at all. , it is not conducive to the child's good condition at home."

Zhao Yi specially held an online parent meeting to allow parents and children to communicate in an appropriate way.

Lu Yan does not want her children to live an online life completely while at home.

"He will be encouraged to participate in outdoor activities under the premise of good protection, and contact with children in the community to make up for the lack of peer communication caused by the absence of school group activities during his stay at home."

Other aspects include: enriching family life, leading children to participate in more cultural and sports activities (58.1%), parents helping children arrange study and life reasonably (57.1%), and helping children improve their ability to live at home (34.3%).

"Because of their busy schedules, parents rarely have time to communicate with their children. Studying at home is a good opportunity to get to know their children," said Chen Zhilin, a member of the Chongqing Youth Federation, a member of the Youth Lecturer Group of the Chongqing Youth League, and a psychologist. During life, parents can actively communicate with their children by looking for topics of interest to their children, so as to listen to their children's voices, "After doing this, children will be very happy and feel that their parents can respect and understand themselves, and thus become more Respect parents. Parents can also combine the stories that happened during the epidemic prevention and control period to make children think about life and society, so as to help them find meaning and value in learning and life.”

"In addition to caring about their children's learning, parents should also realize that teenagers are in a critical period of personal growth." Cai Yansu believes that parents can start from four aspects to further improve their children's learning and living conditions at home.

"First of all, when encountering some problems, parents can let their children express and ask more questions through communication, and guide them to master more ways to deal with problems. Secondly, help children establish a self-management mechanism. It is necessary to make reasonable arrangements according to the learning rhythm of online classes. It is best to keep the work and rest time consistent with the usual school. Pay special attention to the combination of work and rest, and you can also bring your children to exercise at home.”

"Third, parents can use their own experiences or feelings to help their children understand the temporary setbacks they may encounter in life." Finally, Cai Yansu suggested that parents and children do something to help others within their power.

This not only allows children to learn how to communicate and cooperate with others, but also allows children to gain psychological energy in the process of helping others.

Cai Yansu also reminded that parents should pay more attention to the emotional state of their children at home.

If the child has a lack of motivation in life or learning for a period of time, parents should try to take a positive approach, try to understand the child's state and internal conflict, and avoid blaming or labeling them blindly, and seek professional help when necessary.
