China News Service, May 16. According to Hong Kong's Sing Tao.com report, the Hong Kong Consumer Council tested 30 sausage samples on the market, and nearly 90% were "high sodium" and 50% were "high fat".

  The test results showed that the average sodium content of all sausage samples was 780 mg per 100 g.

The results also showed that about 87% of the samples (26 models) were "high sodium", and no sample was "low sodium".

The sausage sample with the highest sodium content contained 1280 mg of sodium per 100 g; the sausage sample with the lowest sodium content contained 565 mg of sodium per 100 g.
